Job Description
As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and managing user-generated content on our social media channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that interactions within our community remain respectful, constructive, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Monitoring: Review and moderate user-generated content, including comments, posts, and messages, to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive interactions by responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the community to encourage healthy discussions.
- Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or inappropriate behavior promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Reporting: Track and report trends in user interactions and content issues, providing insights to improve community guidelines and engagement strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align community management efforts with broader brand initiatives.
- Crisis Management: Assist in managing potential crises or negative situations by promptly addressing issues and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
