Job Description
- Manage the product management’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to product management activities.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for the product management team.
- Maintain and organize documents and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track and update invoices, and financial records.
- Draft emails, memos, and reports for internal and external communication.
- Ensure timely follow-up on product management -related tasks and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in Product management "Marketing”.
- Experience in event planning, social media management, or content creation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Sap User is a Plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
