Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain product displays in a visually appealing and brand-aligned manner.
Ensure availability of stock, sizes, and colors in all required locations.
Monitor sales performance and suggest reordering or restocking as needed.
Work closely with sales and design teams to launch new collections and promotional campaigns.
Maintain clear and accurate labeling, pricing, and tagging of all items.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on display performance and customer interaction.
Stay up to date with fashion trends and apply them in visual merchandising strategies.
Coordinate seasonal setups and store layout changes based on collection themes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Fashion, Marketing, or Business).
Previous experience in fashion retail or merchandising is a plus.
Strong sense of style, detail-oriented, and a good eye for aesthetics.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Team player with a proactive and creative mindset.
