Fashion Designer – Full-Time- On site

We're looking for a talented Fashion Designer to join our team at Chris Luxury Boutique. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about designing bridal and evening dresses with creativity, elegance, and attention to detail.
- Meet clients and understand their style preferences and vision.
- Design and sketch custom wedding and evening dresses (by hand and digitally).
- Full supervision of the implementation of designs within the atelier and ensuring final quality
- Collaborate with the sewing team and the pattern maker to ensure perfect execution.
- Stay updated with global fashion trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Minimum 4 years of experience in bridal and evening dress design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand clients' needs.
- Proficiency in hand sketching and digital design tools.
- Excellent knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and finishing techniques.
- Possess leadership and time management skills
