Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT security support to IPP Customers and Local environment. The role is a great position for an individual looking to grow into the IT security field.
analyze/evaluate, and operate IT security in areas such as operating systems and workstations, data and network management, firewalls, information system security logs, crypto and key management, distributed authentication, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection systems, and high-assurance systems.
May serve as staff specialist in security engineering or technical disciplines.
Other duties assigned as needed.
- Provide technical support and consultation to IPP Customers.
- Provide onsite Support to IPP Customers
- Field deployment and configuration of network security devices
- Keeping up-to-date with Networking Security solutions
- Complying with company policy for career path development
- Responsible for the delivery of network security planning, design, implementation, and optimization services as a post-sales consultant to enterprise clients.
- Designing & implementing technology solutions for clients that will address their needs in network/security Solutions.
- Monitoring network/ security performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Manage Network Security Devices including Firewalls, Secure web/mail gateway, endpoint security applications (configuration & troubleshooting)
- Implementing LAN technologies (VLAN, VTP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, ...)
- Work directly with customers to provide hands-on support of firewalls, Mail gateways and Web Gateway.
- Preparing reports, documentations, and Network Diagrams
- Monitor security performance
- Manage and resolve network security issues
- Working on HLD, LLD documentation for IPP Customer projects.
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures.
- Troubleshooting network security problems.
- Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.
- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
- Participating in the change management process.
- Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization

- Knowledge of generic application, transport & network protocols, including TCP/IP, FTP & HTTP.
- Knowledge of VPNs and VLAN concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Advanced training certifications may be advantageous.
- A strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT related activities.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- CCNA or equivalent are recommended.
- Dealing with Force point firewall and his SMC is preferred
- Dealing with FortiGate security Products is preferred
- Dealing with F5 Big IP APM, ASM is preferred
