Job Description
- Managing the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such as repairs & maintenance
- operations, preventive maintenance schedules, annual maintenance contracts, energy.
- Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research
- programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
- Conservations, Health & Safety programs within hotel standards, brand service standards, civil defense
- standards, municipality standards and HACCAP requirements.
- Measuring performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
- Coordinal maintenance schedule, supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the
- prescribed condition.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are
- installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations
- to maintenance crew.
- Developing systems and procedures to ensure the health, safety of guests, Team Members, machinery,
- property, implementing, and directing all emergency programs.
- Developing, implementing and managing energy conservation programs for the property to minimize
- expenses & to have sustainable environment.
- Improving Standard Operational Procedures.
- Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of experience 15 years maintenance management.
- Last 5 years must experience in the same position.
- Prior of experience hotel five-stars which has more than 350 room maintenance
- at least 5 years or more is must.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with maintenance practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong change management skills & experience.
- Multitasking, time management, Interpersonal Skills and organizational Skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
