Job Description

???? Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate change orders and ensure compliance with company policies and market standards.
Review BOQs, contracts, and align them with submitted invoices.
Track actual and committed project costs vs. budget lines.
Prepare and update cumulative QS sheets and final accounts monthly.
Review and approve construction material inventory transactions.
Support PM and design team in technical evaluation of supplier bids.
Perform project costing reports and control all project-related expenditures.

Reports to: Cost control Manager .
Coordinates with: Department Heads, Employees, Suppliers

Job Requirements

???? Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).

????️ Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (a must).
Strong MS Excel skills.
Familiarity with CSI “Master Format” and ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and developing negotiation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
