We need 3 Medical Sales Managers “ 1 OTC + 1 Gastro + 1 Ortho “ to do the following:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team.
-Set and track sales targets for your team.
-Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
-Collaborate with marketing, product development teams.
-Provide training and support to sales representatives.
-Monitor and report on sales performance.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
-Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints.
-Participate in industry conferences and events.
-Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
-Develop and manage sales budgets.
-Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
-Implement and manage customer loyalty programs.
-Ensure that sales team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
-Evaluate and improve sales processes and tools.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager or similar role.
-Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
