Quality Assurance Manager

Roles and Responsibility:

• Continuous improvement to the existing Quality Practices to keep them relevant to the duties being performed by the other functions in the Company and develop additional procedures, and practices as necessary by working together with the functional heads.
• Establish/develop Company and Project Specific Quality plans.
• Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Company Quality Management System for employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to employees.
• Responsible for ensuring that Company Quality Management policy, plans, and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the poses and use for which they are intended.
• Develops the existing Quality Management System as necessary with additional procedures/work instructions.
• Establish a Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within the project organization.
• Responsible to issue any non-conformance to any department that was found not following the process and procedure,
• Responsible to ensure proper closure of NC issued to the department with satisfactory corrective measures in place.
• Responsible to perform vendor audits with the procurement when triggered.
