Job Description

  • In charge of daily sales operation including sales target 
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the clients’ base.
  • Servicing the needs of the existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Work to manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare budgets and closely monitor financial accountability of sales team.
  • Coach and mentor employees at all levels.

Job Requirements

  • 7 to 10 Years of experience in the FMCG-Food industry with at least 2 years of experience as area manager in delta
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must use a wide variety of Managerial skills (technical, human relations, and conceptual skills).
  • Capable of creating and sustaining the kind of structural support, system, leadership and mentorship to effectively manage a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills including ability to effectively coach and mentor employees at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence individuals, internally and externally across all levels, functions and geographies.
