Job Description
- In charge of daily sales operation including sales target
- Reaching the targets and goals set for area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the clients’ base.
- Servicing the needs of the existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Work to manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare budgets and closely monitor financial accountability of sales team.
- Coach and mentor employees at all levels.
Job Requirements
- 7 to 10 Years of experience in the FMCG-Food industry with at least 2 years of experience as area manager in delta
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Must use a wide variety of Managerial skills (technical, human relations, and conceptual skills).
- Capable of creating and sustaining the kind of structural support, system, leadership and mentorship to effectively manage a team.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills including ability to effectively coach and mentor employees at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence individuals, internally and externally across all levels, functions and geographies.
