Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Odoo Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our software team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting Odoo ERP solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo’s modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc.), excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B software sales.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Odoo ERP implementations.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations for potential clients.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope project requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, email campaigns, .. etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional Odoo modules/services.
- Assist in training end-users and troubleshooting functional queries.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ERP sales, SaaS sales, or IT business development.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (functional modules like Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
