We are looking for a Production Manager with expertise in Plastic extrusion to take our production capabilities to the next level.

Duties :

• Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
• Ensure optimal use of resources, including raw materials, labor, and machinery.
• Coordinate and streamline workflows to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for products.
• Implement inspection and testing procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize defects and waste.
• Oversee production staff, including training, and performance management.
• Foster a positive work environment, motivating the team to achieve production goals.
• Schedule regular maintenance for equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Quickly address equipment malfunctions to minimize production interruptions.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment or upgrades to improve efficiency and product quality.
