Job Descriptions :
- Implement the approved HSE program on the job site.
- Promote a safe working environment by conducting a site safety inspection.
- Monitor accident prevention programs.
- Monitor and recommend fire protection systems and conduct periodic fire and emergency drills.
- Organize and conduct safety orientations and regularly scheduled site HSE meetings.
- Brief all employees covering construction HSE aspects and housekeeping.
- Maintain constant surveillance to ascertain hazards, and suggest corrective action to site management, supervisors, and sub‐contractors.
- Accomplish accident investigations and make related reports.
- Prepare reports and keep required records.
- Motivate and instruct onsite HSE program through various applicable site incentives.
- Issue safety violations when necessary and follow its implementation and closure.
- The HSE Supervisor's Line manager will monitor and ensure that the assigned safety supervisor is active in his duty and that the client is satisfied with his performance.
- Prepare and approve JSA, HIP, on the job site.
Job Requirements
- 6+ Years of Experience
- should specialize in Safety certification IOSH, NEBOSH
- familiar / awareness of ISO 45001-2018, 14001-2015,
- Ability to build trust and confidence with management and supervision.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- must have experience in companies operating on the EPC Projects.
- The English language is a must.
