We’re seeking a motivated and experienced person to join Sylndr as Body and Paint Lead. As our Body and Paint Lead, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining Sylndr's reputation for excellence, ensuring that every vehicle leaving our facility meets our stringent quality standards.
What You’ll Do !!
-Lead our dynamic body and paint refurbishment section, overseeing the transformation of vehicles to meet Sylndr's quality benchmarks.
- Manage and inspire a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver top-quality results efficiently and on time.
- Maintain meticulous inventory control of materials and supplies essential for our refurbishment operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes and enhance the Sylndr experience for our customers.
