Job Description
- Following Daily production and breakdown reports.
- Following/eliminating process losses (unplanned stops, material usage losses, breakdowns and process failures, quality losses).
- Set workplace standards and coach others to follow them by ensuring appropriate use of 5s.
- Actively participate in DDM "Daily Department Meeting" (helps to analyze data, formulate actions, and set daily priorities).
- Following "PM for equipment and Unsafe Tracker reports".
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Chemistry engineering.
- MS Excel must.
- Very good English.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification "preferred".
- 80% of the time spent on the floor (coaching, observing, and troubleshooting).
- PM and Process Control Strategy exists.
- Know quality standards.
- Good leadership skills.
