Job Description
- Provide direction, leadership and recognition to Production Group leaders & employees to accomplish the production requirements while ensuring quality and conformance to requirements.
- Support HSE efforts of the facility
- Supervise production Group Leaders & employees to accomplish production and objectives that consistent with plant operating goals.
- Ensure employees are properly trained in all facets of their position in order to generate quality products on time.
- Communicate plant goals and objectives.
- Ensure proper preparation of all dept. labor reporting documents in conjunction with manufacturing policies and procedures.
- This job operates in a dynamic production environment although operating to specific production schedules, flexibility and initiative are required to deal with production changes and interruptions.
- Reports to the Production Engineer and Factory Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 Years experience as a production Engineer.
- Very good experience with CNC punching machines, fabrications and assembly.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Scheduling the production process.
