Job Description
- Assist the operations personnel to achieve the HSE objectives set for each department.
- Lead the HSE personnel assigned at all plants during the three working shifts.
- Ensure the implementation of the company HSE policies within the area under his responsibility.
- Identify the work-related hazards and participate in the Risk Assessment of all work activities.
- Participate in the incident investigation process.
- Track the implementation of CAPA.
- Routine review of trend analysis and remedial action validation.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the legal requirements.
- Ensure the effectiveness & reliability of the fire alarm & firefighting systems.
- Supervise the external contractors and suppliers’ work.
- Ensure the strict implementation of the Permit to Work System for all Non-routine activities.
- Ensure the implementation of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan.
- Conduct the required On-Job Training (Toolbox Talks) and In-House H&S training to the supervisor level and workers as well.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree In Engineering or Science
- 5 to 7 years of experience with the dedicated HSE roles.
- FMCG Experience is preferred .
- Holding NEBOSH International General Certificate is a MUST.
- Greater Cairo or Sharkia Resident.
- Having construction experience would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development and keeping updated on the new technology and trends of HSE processes.
