Job Description
- Provide technical submittal and commercial offer as per the project requirements.
- Following up as necessary to secure orders by providing all techno-commercial service and support. • Preparing the technical data sheets & submittals for any proposed fixtures.
- Preparing all quotations and costing sheets.
- On completion of the entire project to inspect and prepare a list of all outstanding issues in lighting and to submit a final report accordingly.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Evaluating the tender documents, BOQ, drawings & specifications for both lighting and Street furniture.
- Preparing inquiries to receive quotations for the materials, services, subcontract works for the preparation of estimation.
- Comparison studies based on supplier's quotation.
- Preparing Technical—commercial proposal in compliance with the client requirements specified in the RFQ.
- Arrange submittal and prepare compliance statement.
- Arrange sample from manufacturer's and get approval.
- Select from brands that best fit the client's project specifications.
- Follow up on the delivery schedule as well as the materials lead time.
- Preparation of cost estimation for the scope of work in line with the tender requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Lighting Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- DIALUX experience is preferred.
