About your Role:The Head of Service Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, in alignment with the regional GS and STG partners, the service business growth strategy for Compression in the Region Middle East. The Business Development Manager is an integral part of the selling team responsible for leading and supporting efforts to grow existing compression service business and develop new compression service business within the Region Middle East incl. collecting and understanding all types of customer requests or needs. This position works closely with the regional sales and execution organizations in Gas Services (GS) and Industrial Steam Turbines and Generators (STG), the CP Global Service Organization as well as the Regional Compressional Service team.The Business Development Manager will drive key growth initiatives in current and new markets while also supporting development of existing key clients and support global growth initiatives lead by the Portfolio & Innovation Team. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, customer-focused colleague, dedicated to shape our Compression Service organization.This role will report into the Head of Service Region Middle East & Asia Pacific for Compression and can be based on any of the following sites:Abu DhabiDubaiDammamHow You’ll Make An ImpactLead the Growth initiative development within the region. This includes: support measure owners with business plan development, highlight road blocks to management to develop new initiatives, support the Head of Service Region Middle East & Asia Pacific on report outs, update masterplan initiatives as necessary, participate in idea generation workshops.Promote Value Selling Concepts/Strategies by Product/Solution Type. This includes supporting the client facing team on growth initiative implementation.Support the Head of Service Region Middle East & Asia Pacific as required, which may include: Market evaluation and analysis on key market segments or clients, support MEP annual process, competitor profile development. Interface with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth areas and customer requirements.Establish and drive key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the regional teams, monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify corrective actions, and process improvement measures.What You BringA bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar qualification is preferred.Ability to interact with senior management, frequently being asked to present.Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skillsFluent in English, with additional languages applicable for the assigned region being an advantage.Willingness to travel international as required.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
