Job Description

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events and board meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably at the C-suite level.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
