Job Description
- Checks the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents.
- Provides information and support to employees as needed.
- Interprets personnel policies and procedures and provide technical assistance to supervisors, representatives, and employees on a variety of management matters.
- Resolves employee relation issues by counseling the managers and management.
- Collects and analyzes employee data.
- Organizes and updates Head Count and HR spreadsheets
- Maintains and creating a backup of all the data related to employees.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for employee attendance.
- Handling emails and internal announcements.
- Responsible for employee onboarding
- Handling Medical Insurance
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Management with 3-5 years’ experience in the Human Resources field.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Good user of Microsoft Office
- Normal soft Skills mainly time management, teamwork & communication skills.
- Ready to start immediately
- Age from 25 to 30 Maximum
