Job Description

  • Checks the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents.
  • Provides information and support to employees as needed.
  • Interprets personnel policies and procedures and provide technical assistance to supervisors, representatives, and employees on a variety of management matters.
  • Resolves employee relation issues by counseling the managers and management.
  • Collects and analyzes employee data.
  • Organizes and updates Head Count and HR spreadsheets 
  • Maintains and creating a backup of all the data related to employees.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for employee attendance. 
  • Handling emails and internal announcements.
  • Responsible for employee onboarding 
  • Handling Medical Insurance 

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Management with 3-5 years’ experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Good user of Microsoft Office
  • Normal soft Skills mainly time management, teamwork & communication skills.
  • Ready to start immediately
  • Age from 25 to 30 Maximum
