Job Description

  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Establish contact with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Recommend marketing strategies targeting specific regions or demographics.
  • Generate and submit sales reports to the manager.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while remaining fully aware of new products and competitive status.

 

Job Requirements

  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
  • Oversee recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Implement a sales commission structure per month, quarter, and year.
  • Manage and support the improvement of SIP, TL, BA, and CA skills in the store.
  • Possess experience in sales and a thorough understanding of the market.
  • Willing to travel, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Maintain an open-minded, results-oriented, and detail-focused approach to implementation.
  • Exhibit strong skills in business planning and execution.
