Job Description
- Monitoring all Voice Devices and Connections
- Cisco Call Manger Administration
- Cisco Voice Gateways Administration
- IPCC Servers Administration
- IVR Design and Implementation
- Working knowledge with recording servers’ methodology
- Monitoring PRI, SIP Trunks connectivity
- Respond to users Tickets and requests
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
- Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
- Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed
- Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science with 2-3 years of working experience.
- CCNA Security is a must
- CCNP is an advantage
- Cisco technology awareness
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Language Skills: Fluent Arabic (oral/written) and Very Good English (oral/written)
- Working hours: Shift Base
