Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day IT operations.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree - “Computer science or relevant technology field” is preferable.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the same field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Good knowledge of VMware - vSphere - ESXI.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, backup systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.
  • Good English Language.
