Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Responsible for the day-to-day IT operations.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree - “Computer science or relevant technology field” is preferable.
- 1-3 years of work experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server.
- Good knowledge of VMware - vSphere - ESXI.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, backup systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
- Good English Language.
