Job Description
- Administer, handle and control the daily hardware change requests for Aman Holding employees
- Responsible for first line support for the RMS application in all stores
- Responsible for first line support for the Microfinance application in all remote zones
- Responsible for first line support for the Installment application in all remote zones
- Administer and support the Vodafone services in all remote zones
- Administer the Data connectivity usage for the mobile users and disconnected locations
- Communicate with external suppliers and service centers to handle the IT assets maintenance. (Printers, LCDs, Servers)
- Handle all the IT department paper work including support contracts and invoices
- Handle Internal packing and shipping for the IT assets
- Responsible for first line support for Remedy Help Desk tickets
- Support the IP CAMs in all remote locations
