Job Description
- Maintains the connectivity between the HQ and the Hubs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
- Responsible for any other IT-related issue.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
- Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Run software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Ensure daily server backup.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in the same role
- Understanding of network concepts.
- Experience in IP network installation and configuration.
- IT certifications are preferred (CCNA, MCSA).
- Previous experience in Microtek products is preferred.
- Previous experience in basic maintenance of photocopiers & printers.
- Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
- Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Very Good command of English.
