Summary:
We are looking for a competent IT Help Desk person to provide fast and useful technical assistance on the organization’s computer systems. You will handle the technical issues and solve them. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, HW/SW, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Providing technical support by responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity other IT systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues by diagnosing problems reported.
- Escalating complex technical problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Offering guidance to others on how to effectively use hardware, software, and IT
- Assist in routine system maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups.
- Repair and replace damaged computer and network components.

Based in the UAE and since January 2024, our pipeline has been steadily growing, in the UAE, Egypt and Kenya. CXDA has an ambitious roadmap to develop liquid markets for SME Finance in the Middle East and Africa. Our current pipeline includes Coca Cola, DMCC, Afreximbank, and Emirates Development Bank.
Job Requirements
2+ years of related practical experience.
Help with troubleshooting hardware and software.
