Job Description
- Set daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and communicate them to workers and carpenters
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Job Requirements
- Had previous experience in furniture field
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Can lead a group of workers and carpenters to achieve the production goal
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
- Preferably has basic knowledge pf production management software
