Job Description
- Material Planning & Inventory Control
- Analyze sales forecasts and historical data to calculate demand and net demand.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor stock movements and reorder points.
- MRP/ERP System Management
- Work with Oracle, Microsoft, or other MRP/ERP systems.
- Generate and analyze MRP reports to support procurement and production.
- Troubleshoot system issues and improve data accuracy.
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain.
- Process Improvement
- Optimize MRP master data (lead times, safety stock, order quantities).
- Implement best practices for inventory management.
Job Requirements
✔ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
- Experience 2:4 years.
- Previous experience in MRP, production planning, or inventory management.
✔ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP software.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
✔ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to interpret demand forecasts and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Experience with inventory optimization techniques.
- Data analysis.
✔ Soft Skills:
- Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to detail to prevent planning errors.
- Presentation skills.
