Job Description
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, labeling, wrapping, and shipping.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and specifications match purchase orders.
- Store materials in designated areas in an organized manner to ensure easy access and space optimization.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse; follow all safety procedures and fire prevention measures.
- Communicate effectively and cooperate with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
- Follow warehouse policies, quality service standards, and regulatory procedures
- Archive warehouse records daily and share copies with the relevant departments.
Job Requirements
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems)
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Attention to detail and accuracy
