Job Description

  • We are seeking an IATA-certified, highly experienced, and skilled Ticketing with in-depth knowledge of IATA BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airline reservations and ticketing, service, along with a demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and manage the complexities of the IATA system.       - Air Reservation and Ticketing via Amadou's software and Gallio
     - Utilize the application to make flight reservations and issue tickets for customers.
     - Efficiently handle ticket exchanges, international fare quotes, refunds, quality control, contract fares, snap codes, airlines' rules, and other related tasks.
      - Booking and Itinerary Management:
      - Create and update customer profiles and invoicing for seamless booking experiences.
      - Build Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and develop comprehensive travel itineraries.
      - Check basic and advanced availability, read fare quotes, and perform flight bookings while considering cost savings and time deadlines.
      - Fare Calculation and Verification:
      - Issue tickets and perform exchanges, ensuring the accurate verification of fare and tariff rules in Amadou's software and Gallio
     - Calculate fare and update the PQ (Price Quote) according to the guidelines provided in the GDS and management. 
     - File Finishing and Refund Processing:
     - Ensure proper file finishing as per account requirements and process refunds, exchanges, and invoices using the system.
     - Online Assistance and Support:
     - Provide online assistance to agents utilizing various online booking tools for a smooth booking experience.
     - Address and resolve agents' queries regarding Amadou's software and Gallio formats, fare quotes, airline rules, and other related matters.
     - Ensure timely realization of commissions for agents and maintain accurate records of commission-related transactions.
     - Search for new clients and Screens.
     - Authority to choose the best time and date of flights within the time frame determined by the operation staff.
  • IATA BSP Management:
    - Oversee and manage all aspects of the IATA BSP processes, including settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
    - Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and guidelines related to ticketing and billing.

Job Requirements

  1.  Experience: At least 5 years of experience in aviation operations or management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations.
  2. Amadeus's basic and advanced is a must.
  3. Mandatory IATA certification is required for this position.
  4. Bachelor's degree is a must.
  5. In-depth understanding of IATA regulations, and tourism and travel industry best practices.
  6. Proven experience and expertise in Air Reservation and Ticketing using Amadeus, and Gallio
  7. Excellent knowledge of building PNRs, creating itineraries, and managing flight bookings.
  8. Ability to manage corporate and group travel arrangements effectively.
  9. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing and reservation procedures.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address agents' queries promptly.
  11. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  12. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  13. Accuracy and punctuality.
