Job Description
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Maintain Time (Time & Attendance System) including set up of all users, updating schedules, reviewing and monitoring accruals
- Responsible for dealing with Gov. affairs (Social insurance & Labor Office)
- Responsible for setting the weekly shifts rotation
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination
- Responsible for Blue Collar recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for internal investigations arrangements for all staff
- Manage personnel documents
- Responsible for maintaining the implementation of laws and regulations within company
- Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data, update all employee’s database.
- Responsible for Archiving and review employee files
- Responsible for penalties for all staff
- Responsible for clearance forms and follow up process
- Responsible for medical insurance process
- Handling employee files (payroll, social insurance, etc.)
- Follow up probation & contract renewal periods to proceed with termination if required
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- A good knowledge of labor law
- Experience in Manufacturing environment is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Experienced in Blue Collar hiring & selection and end of service process
- 2-3 years' experience in Personnel, preferred to be in Manufacturing environment
- Very good in MS Office, especially Word & Excel
- Good in English language
- Hard worker, passionate and excellent team player
- 6 October, Sheikh Zayed or Giza residence are preferred
- Certificate in human resources is a plus
