Job Description
- Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepared and presented financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinating budgeting and planning processes.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform cost analyses and make recommendations to management to maximize profitability.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring members of the accounting team.
- Maintained accurate financial records and ensured data security.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5 years of Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc.).
- Experience in managing fixed assets.
- Strong understanding of IFRS.
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
