Job Description

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries ensure customer satisfaction review contracted unit updates
  • Assist with property inspections.
  •  engage the customer To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting
  • Update clients records on CRM application to acquire any changes in the client information such as Contact person Mobile - Address Email
  • Respond to all inquiries related to any changes updates to the project phases .
  • stay tuned Assist clients through solving any ad hock problems.
  • Contribute all the after-sales services to the clients.
  • submitting the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
  • Co-ordination for any client site visit (coordinates between the client and the site...
  • Coordinating between client’s requests and Technical departments in terms of unit modifications.
  • Coordinating with client and finance department to settle payment of approved unit’s modifications.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Update clients with correct data and procedures

Job Requirements

  • +2 years of relevant work experience (real-estate) is must.
