Job Description
- Monitoring and analyzing costs.
- Cooperating with management to help them meet budgeting goals.
- Writing reports and presenting information to management and owners.
- Developing and adjusting budgets.
- Researching to find opportunities to reduce cost and expenses.
- Communicating with suppliers to negotiate material costs.
- Optimizing decommissioning procedures to minimize losses.
- Implementing accounting software and automating cost control systems.
- Collaborating with managers to create effective budgets.
- Calculating the variance between the budgeting plan and reality.
- Investigating unprofitable variances and losses.
- Developing cost-efficient solutions.
- Managing and maintaining the cost accounting system
- Inventory Management
- Support product supply financial analysis; Update monthly plants cost by cost center by Area, analyze cost elements, trends to identify the root cause(s) of any deviation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Cost Accounting with Manufacturing field.
Odoo Knowledge is prefer. - Experience in factories, preferably someone who has previously worked in metal forming factories.
- Attention to detail and ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent communication skills. v.good English Language.
- Excellent Accuracy, communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent Data analysis, monitoring and follow up skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
