Job Description
- Prepare, analyse and share insights on variable overheads, fixed overheads on monthly basis
- Deep dive into indirect overheads and work with all relevant departments to drive saving initiatives and bring efficiency on accounting & reporting
- Prepare, analyse & share insights on Material price variance on monthly basis
- Engage with procurement team on material leading to adverse variances and seek corrective actions
- Engage with Procurement team to identify the potential areas of opportunities and drive with procurement team
- Benchmarking of various products – routing & BOM – identify the areas of opportunities & drive them along with relevant team
- Partner with IBD team on various saving projects
- Identify the GC improvement opportunities
- Month end accounting & reporting for factory & head office
- NPD costing & tracking
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or any equivalent major.
Minimum Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience .
