Job Description

  • Building and collecting customers’ data, contacting customers and offering them our products.
  • Searching for new customers and discussing their requirements.
  • Negotiations about selling prices and payment term.
  • Analyzing customers’ requirements and trying to match to open new market.
  • Following new order with production team in order to ship customers’ orders at specific time without delay.
  • Emailing customers, offering new production, material/products pictures as per production plan.
  • Searching for new markets, analyzing customers targets in order to open export new business.
  • Aware of export documentation.
  • Issue sales report on a daily basis.
  • Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order until the products are sold.
  • Responsible for the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries and products.
  • Direct daily contact with the factory, finance department, and logistics department.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan for exports, target countries and expected profitability.
  • A constant search for new customers and opening new export markets and developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with customers and intermediaries from shipping companies, customs clearance and banks to ensure shipments arrive at customers on the agreed dates and to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract of payment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any similar degree.
  • English fluency is a MUST
  • Practical experience in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Fully aware of export regulations and requirements.
  • Experienced and familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Email correspondence experience is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
  • High level of negotiation skills.
  • Ability to open markets for exports.
  • Good planning, organizing and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
