Job Description
- Managing the day-to-day business activities for the Chairman and CEO
- Maintain all official incoming and outgoing correspondence, assign and distribute correspondence, including courier and fax; efficiently and in a timely manner and provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attentions, prioritize, channel and facilitate communication from department heads.
- Providing strategic management of the Chairman and CEO busy and complex schedule
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external contacts
- Preparing meeting's agenda, minutes, and documentation and following up with stakeholders
- Handling all logistical travel arrangements for the Chairman and CEO
- draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the Chairman and CEO
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff within the CEO’s office. Manager and maintain filing/archiving systems, records, and reports Maintain confidential files, records, and documents for the Chairman and CEO
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and managing director, including handling personal tasks as required.
- Manage & organize the daily administrative functions and keep the Chairman informed and focused on priority issues.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Job Requirements
- At least 10years’ experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in same position,
- Excellent communication skills/ customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet).
- Fluent in English.
- Good phone etiquette.
- Detail Oriented.
