Job Description
- Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Create and update Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
- Lead business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel.
- Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Perform annual employees' satisfaction survey and performs analysis of the survey output.
- Optimize personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
- Measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
- Advertise executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.
- Document processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior manager.
Job Requirements

- Excellent English language.
- 3 to 5 year of experience.
- Nearby Nasr City area.
