Job Description

  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, and programs.
  • Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
  • Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job descriptions for all positions in the Company.
  • Assisting in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices.
  • Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.
  • Create effective strategic planning methods.
  • Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
  • Recommend development systems.
  • Develop strategic plan for achieve organizational goals.
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
  • Stay updated with organizational development trends.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Good in English Language
  • 2-3 years proven work experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or similar role.
  • V. Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
  • V. Good analytical and time-management skills.
