Job Requirements
❁ Experience:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or a similar role.
✔ Prior experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation is a strong advantage.
❁ Professionalism & Communication:
✔ Confident & persuasive communicator with a friendly, professional phone presence.
✔ Ability to build instant rapport with potential clients and handle objections with ease.
✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written) with clear pronunciation and strong grammar skills.
❁ Organization & Tech Skills:
✔ Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple leads at once.
✔ Comfortable with CRM software, dialers, lead tracking tools, and Google Suite.
✔ Ability to log call notes accurately and maintain an updated database.
❁ Performance & Work Ethic:
✔ Results-driven mindset—motivated by achieving and exceeding daily/weekly targets.
✔ High energy & resilience—can handle rejection and stay persistent in follow-ups.
✔ Self-motivated & disciplined to work remotely while staying highly productive.
