Job Description
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings to pitch products/services.
- Conduct regular field visits to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide detailed reports on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events and trade shows when required
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or a similar role (1–3 years minimum).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
