Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled product owner with experience in ERP or MES systems. This person should be adept at handling challenging stakeholders and knowledgeable about the manufacturing industry. This role will drive the development and success of our MES system.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Manage challenging stakeholders and facilitate agreement on product direction.
- Create and prioritize the product backlog.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood, and features are delivered on time.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct market research and user testing to inform product decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- +5 years as a product owner.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP or MES platforms used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens MES).
