Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for supervising all Human Resources processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- In charge of all Talent Acquisition processes.
- In charge of the Organization's Development including Performance Management and Learning and Development.
Duties:
- Manage and implement the recruitment and selection process.
- Create a Talent Acquisition report and update it on a regular basis to analyze the Talent Acquisition process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
- Develop and lead the performance management, while engaging all HR team, departments’ Managers, and employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop a learning and Development plan, by assessing training needs analysis to monitor and apply training programs.
- Contact colleges and learning and training centers to make and negotiate corporate deals.
- Conduct internal coaching sessions for employees and managers.
- Investigate critical incidents and take appropriate HR actions.
- Attend all Management meetings, to align HR strategies with Management’s strategic goals.
- Assist the Management team in structuring the company’s strategies in alignment with Business and Management trends.
- Hold regular meetings with departments Managers to make sure all their business needs are accommodated and to ensure alignment.
- Supervise the HR team and conduct regular meetings with the team to engage them in the department's goals and strategies.
- Create and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
- Train new team members on the HR process, and coach and guide them to reach their fullest potential.
- Be up to date with HR Management trends and technicalities.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- An MBA degree is a must.
- An HR degree is a must.
- 10+ Years of experience in HR.
- Excellent English level.
