Administer all import and export of goods and supervise the delivery of all goods and manage the distribution of all goods to various geographical locations efficiently.
Oversee handling of all goods and ensure safety in all transportation and design cost-effective methods for the same and analyze best means of transport for all products as per customer requirement.
Recommending the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions to optimize benefit and reduce cost.
Following up the loading process and guarantee the smoothness and effectiveness of the Process according to company standard.
Arranges shipping documents, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing Shipping, and routing of product.
Coordinating with the Clearing Agents and prepare supporting documents required for customs clearance.
Search for new suppliers and contact them till get their price list with good discount.
Responsible for all customer complaints and expected to be able to negotiate claims.
Analyze and review invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, International Trade, or related field preferred.
At least five years of experience in import/export operation required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Thorough knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
