Job Description

  • Job purpose:
     
    We are looking for a versatile Planning Manager with proven skills in requirement elicitation, process improvement, data analytics, budgeting and forecasting, and business planning. Produce high quality work by applying determination and attention to detail. Proven skills in productivity and efficiency with business analytics, planning, supply chain management. Extremely organized and analytical problem-solving abilities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Analyze, create, and implement new standards and processes to streamline operations and promote consistency across all properties
  • Serve as a coordinator to the company’s strategic plan, including rollout and implementation, collection and analysis of data, creation of dashboards, projects assessment, budgeting and tracking feedback.
  • Communicate insights and recommended actions to improve the decision making and planning process across the organization, involving senior leadership
  • Improve operations budgeting process by integrating budgeting with S&OP and financial models to allow more scenario development and faster response to changes
  • Prepare inventory target based on statistical data with processes to control inventories within limits
  • Prepare financial forecasts and reviewed monthly result versus budget
  • Create the incentive scheme, SMART objective and KPIs for company department
  • Identified and assessed potential risks and challenges, developed risk mitigation strategies, and created contingency plans

  • Supply Chain, Operations and Maintenance
  • Workflow [Processes]

Job Requirements

Technical Competencies

BS/MS degree in Engineering or a related field 

4-8 years of experience as a Planning Manager in ( Cement, Ready Mix Concrete,Construction ) industry.

Manager Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written

Behavioural Competencies

Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA

Good Knowledge of: Microsoft Excel,Power Pivot, Power Point, Google spreadsheet. 

High attention to details

communication skills Organized and have strong time management skills

Excellent analytical thinking
