Job Description
- Position reports directly to the CEO.
- Assists the CEO with daily duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
- Arranging detailed travel plans, agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant major
- Finance Background.
- Able to handle different tasks.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
- Owns a Car.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
