Job Description

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Approach talent acquisition and recruitment processes Participate in the hiring plan and its time plan as well as updating the hiring plan when needed.
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Coordinate with the departmental managers to analyze positions needed for the upcoming period and its resources in coordination with the departmental managers.
  • Implement the hiring process through posting ads, filtering CVs, conducting first interviews with potential candidates and follow up the with the departmental managers the technical interviews feedback and outcome till the final hiring and contract signature.
  • Responsible for Onboarding the newly hired employees, as well as defining the company’s core goals and competencies.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws,
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures with Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and specialized websites like LinkedIn, Facebook , Telegram, What's app Groups and Wuzzuf .
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus.
  • Very Good Command in English.
  • Previously Construction Experience is a must.
