Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview questions and providing feedback to candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the hiring process, including drafting employment contracts and onboarding new employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote employer branding and attract top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction and real estate industries.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating candidate qualifications and assessing fit for the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
- Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
