Job Description

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  2. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  3. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview questions and providing feedback to candidates.
  5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  6. Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records.
  7. Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the hiring process, including drafting employment contracts and onboarding new employees.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  10. Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote employer branding and attract top talent.
  11. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
  12. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
  13. Assist with other HR Function if needed.

 

 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction and real estate industries.
  3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating candidate qualifications and assessing fit for the organization.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
  10. Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
