Job Description
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners (merchants).
- Collaborating with merchants to create long-term event formats and platforms that showcase OPPO products.
- Ensuring OPPO's brand leadership in in-store activities through effective merchandising and promotions.
- Creating an engaging and vibrant atmosphere at the point of sale to attract customers.
- Maintaining OPPO's brand presence and visibility in sales activities.
- Enhancing the appeal of OPPO products to customers through interactive displays, demonstrations, and engaging content.
- Planning and executing impactful sales events and promotions.
- Leveraging new product launches, seasonal events, and holidays to drive sales.
- Ensuring effective utilization of marketing resources and budget.
- Working closely with other departments such as sales, branding, and terminal operations.
- Coordinating regional marketing activities and promotions.
- Integrating resources and efforts to achieve common goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with English proficiency for work purposes.
- + 2 years of experience in event planning and execution, with a preference for experience in the mobile or consumer electronics industries.
- Expertise in planning and executing both online and offline events.
- Familiar with the market trends in the mobile industry, consumer behavior, and competitor activity patterns. Understand the full process of planning online and offline events.
- Have some marketing and promotion experience, with knowledge of digital marketing. Familiar with promotion strategies on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
